Project Phases Details
Point Fraser is a city foreshore development
The project is underpinned by Best Practice approaches to recreational landscapes, biodiversity, restoration ecology and resource management.
Demonstrating an integrated approach to science, engineering and landscape architecture, the project is a contemporary landscape built on a thorough understanding of the site challenges associated with contaminated foreshore in-fill sites. By emphasising the reinstatement of ecological features and the connection between the City and the river’s edge, the multi-objective project provides for a wide-range of dynamic spatial experiences that promote human interaction with the natural environment.
